PLAN PHASE

The Why
We start by understanding the reason-for-being behind each and every project. Striving to understand the vision and intent: the ‘why’ that is the driving force. The insights we gather act as a foundation for the project — they allow us to create something truly special.

Discovery
During this phase, we work with the owner, consultant team, and key stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the goals, history, constraints, and variables for the project. We integrate with the team, define roles, and review all existing documents.

Schematic
Here, we explore conceptual approaches and thematic directions for each piece, focusing on what will have the greatest impact and best meet the goals and vision of the intervention. We develop high-level design concepts while considering fabrication methodology, budget and schedule for each potential approach. By the end of this phase, we have a solid design direction to take forward.

Development
The development stage is where we explore materials, finishes, connections, structural layout and all the other details that must be considered to ensure all aspects are aligned towards a common goal. We prototype and mock-up full-scale versions of the concept. In collaboration with designers, engineers, fabricators, and other experts, we develop and define the final design, budget, and schedule for each feature.
BUILD PHASE

Production
This is where the rubber meets the road and fabrication begins. Relying on our wide network of suppliers, subs, trades, and experts, we’re able to ensure things are built right, while leveraging digital fabrication and quality control techniques.

Installation
When we’re ready to install, our process has been refined to ensure everything goes smoothly. Our team works diligently to ensure all items are well coordinated with other trades and scopes.

Experience
