Placemaking —Mother bird brings magic to Township community.

As Windward Light takes in the beautiful Albertan wonders, the imprints on its feathers become a spirited reflection of nature’s spectrum! The mother bird found its flock amidst its colourful shadows. It decided to land and stay in a place called Township — a place where it knew it had found its forever home.

The Opportunity

For Windard Light, Heavy was brought to the table early - before concept development - which brought major efficiencies to the entire creative process.

The Approach

This remarkable experience was ushered through our PLAN—BUILD™ project pipeline. The process started with a bold vision from Royop to make something truly buzzworthy.

Heavy designed the initial concept by Urban Systems to a feasible and constructible feature while maintaining the vision for the community.

The result is an engaging social hub that is sure to bring visitors, family and friends together.
