As discussed during the company meeting, we are contemplating a longer shutdown at Christmas to allow a proper break for the team and ease the holiday strain during the summer months. The thinking is that we trial it during the upcoming Christmas and we want some engagement on the idea prior to then.
The current stat days are December 25, 26, and January 1. Previously, we have shut down for 3 days beyond the stat days.
We are considering adding 4 days to this. It would be a total of 7 vacation days + 3 stat days off at Christmas. The office would be closed on December 23 and would re-open on January 6th.
